Torrey Project's Non-Discrimination Policy

Torrey Project views its culture as one of its most valuable and sacred assets and that culture is based on inclusion, acceptance, caring, compassion and respect for all people, without exception. Torrey Project, in keeping with its mindfully created culture and in accordance with applicable Federal and State law, does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, pregnancy, physical or mental disability, medical condition, ancestry, marital status, age, sexual orientation, citizenship, or service in the uniformed services. Torrey Project also prohibits sexual harassment of any type. This prohibition on sexual harassment extends to all employees, job applicants, paid or unpaid interns, vendors, suppliers, consultants, investors, donors, volunteers, partners and participants in all Torrey Project sponsored programs and events. For employees, this policy applies to all employment practices, including recruitment, selection, promotion, transfer, merit increase, salary, training and development, demotion, and separation. Torrey Project will not discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
